It is pretty awesome.
Chocolate Shell:
- 16 Ounces Chocolate, I used 12 ounces dark, 4 ounces milk chocolate
- 1/4 Cup + 2 Tablespoons Coconut oil
Instructions:
- Heat a medium sized sauce pan of water to a boil. In a large stainless steel bowl melt the chocolate until smooth over the boiling water, removing from heat occasionally to stir vigorously.
- Once chocolate is just melted smooth, whisk in the coconut oil until evenly blended in.
- Allow to cool to room temperature.
- Pour over a sundae, or dip something cold and frozen right into it for a delicious chocolate coating.
