For an Asian themed salad or noodles.
Sesame Peanut Sauce
Makes just over 1/2 Cup of sauce
2-3 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
2-4 Cloves Garlic, minced extremely fine or mashed into a paste
1-2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 1/2 Tablespoon Sesame oil
1/2 Tablespoon Sriracha
Optional Garnish for Noodles tossed with dressing:
In a small bowl using a spoon mash the extra finely minced garlic and peanut butter together until smooth. Add remaining ingredients one at a time, blending well after each new addition to ensure dressing stays smooth.
You could also pulse everything in a small bowl food processor with a blade attachment several times to mix everything smooth.
Cover and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Use on noodles, salads, stir fry etc.
