Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Mirin
- 4 Cloves minced Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 1-3 Teaspoon Sriracha
- 1/4 Cup thinly sliced green onions, green and white parts
Instructions:
- In a small bowl stir together all ingredients and allow flavors to blend together for a few minutes, or while you make the stir-fry.
- Quick fry, chicken or tofu with a mix of veggies until chicken is cooked through. Turn off heat and add sauce, stir to coat and serve over rice or noodles.
- Optional to garnish with sesame seeds and fresh green onion slices.
