Korean Fried Chicken Sauce
Ingredients:
- 3 Tablespoons Gochujang Paste
- 1 Inch Ginger Root, grated
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1/3 Cup Soy Sauce
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot, over low heat stir constantly until sauce comes together.
- Simmer on low for 5 minutes.
- To use, heat the sauce until it is more runny, toss over fried chicken. Garnish fried chicken with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
